Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using PixBatch you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

PixBatch provides browser-based batch image processing: compression, format conversion and dimension scaling. Processing happens locally on your device. We meter usage but we do not receive your image files.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
  • One account per person; do not share credentials to circumvent plan limits.

4. Plans and billing

  • The free plan includes a monthly allowance of images as shown on the pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Your card statement will show Lemon Squeezy, and their terms apply to the payment transaction.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any VAT or sales tax that Lemon Squeezy collects on our behalf.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time using the management link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt; access continues to the end of the paid period. Because the service is delivered immediately, we do not generally refund used periods, but if you were charged in error or the service was unavailable, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • process images you do not have the rights to use;
  • attempt to bypass usage metering, rate limits or authentication;
  • resell or redistribute access to the service without a written agreement;
  • use the service to create unlawful, infringing or harmful material.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”. We may modify features, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your images. We retain all rights to the service, its code, brand and content. Processing your files does not grant us any licence to them, because we never receive them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profits.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Changes

Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
